Jenna is a paralegal at Medley, Behrens & Lewis, LLC (MBL), with a certificate in Paralegal Studies from Kent State University. Jenna has extensive experience interacting with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), including electronic filing systems used by the USPTO for patent and trademark filings. Jenna also has experience in researching nuanced areas of patent law (by searching online databases and legal treatises) and briefing attorneys at MBL with results of the research. Jenna is additionally responsible for assisting with preparing Patent Cooperation Treaty applications for entry into the United States, communicating with clients and foreign agents, managing the dockets of several attorneys, assisting with invoicing, projecting account accruals, as well as other general office responsibilities.
